Remember that creepy puppet from Interpol’s music video for Evil? Remember music videos? I do.

Inktober XXIV
So I saw these works by https://threesixfive.art.blog/ where there were lovely drawings against these simple geometric backgrounds and I loved the look, really a nice way of emphasizing and isolating a thing. Anyway, today is the first time I felt really steady so I popped the beta blockers and hey, not to shakey!
Oh and this is my favorite toe. A real survivor that one. I make sure to wear shoes in the house now all winter long, even at night. It’s in case I disassociate and end up out in the snow again in the middle of the night. I really did make some great negatives though.
Inktober XXVIII
If you don’t think a blue tit is, in the words of Derry Girls “a total ride” we can’t be friends. Also the ink out of a Sharpie mixes fine with water.
Inktober XXVII
So here’s a quick sketch of a terrible old man.
Ana 7 minute reading of Lovecraft’s The Terrible Old Man by an accommodating old man who spared 10 minutes for a reading. It to me like 20 to learn to edit it. Hey did you know I own a microphone? Fun.
Inktober XXVI
The day is my enemy, the night my flame. Who knew The Prodigy would still put out a hit in 2015? Anyway, this is me faking the album art with ink.

Old people are delicious. Eat up those lines. Eat them, and the rich, mostly. Mostly eat the rich.

I can’t for the life of me recollect Eliza Rickman’s face, but I remember that scene from the Pretty Little Head music video. I guess that’s gonna be my dizzy. I ought to buy more data and watch the video.
Boring
I don’t know why I thought the back of a couple suits heads in an elevator might be fun. No, I did. I figured I could make a narrative, like hey these dudes are going to CORPSEMOUTH™! That’ll be fun. Nope, boring.
Inktober XX & Corpsemouth™
So we all know your phone isn’t listening to you. You just saw that add because big data is so good at predicting, and has so many data points on you specifically that they know what you’re thinking. Really. The EU has all this right to be forgotten legislation, right to be deleted, all kinds of stuff. That’s probably the wrong way to go. We should force big data to keep our metadata, we should oblige them to keep our models forever. I mean, if AI get’s almost there then Google or whoever had damn well better raise my digital ghost ’cause I mean, come on! CORPSEMOUTH™!
An’ a lil’ color for fun.
Inktober Day Nineteen
If I could only draw one thing for the rest of time, I’d be okay with that one thing being my askew lil’ portraits of randos who have photos of themselves floating around out there.
It might be a bad sign that I make them all slightly crazier than they, well…
